After:
$headers .= "Reply-To: $visitor_email \r\n";
Add:
$headers.="Content-Type: text/plain;\n\t charset=\"utf-8\"\n";

The solution to the UTF-8 encoding issues for the emails being sent:

After:<br

My page is UTF-8 already but still I cant manage to let the form send with this encoding... My visitors write in Arabic and in Hebrew and everytime we get such an email on Outlook or thunderbird we keep fixing the encoding manually... I know that this is not a big deal but for a 50 years old and none technical people like my bosses it is.... Thank you

Thank you for this powerful script but is there a possibility to force the form to send UTF-8 content… My page is UTF-8 already but still I cant manage to let the form send with this encoding… My visitors write in Arabic and in Hebrew and everytime we get such an email on Outlook or thunderbird we keep fixing the encoding manually… I know that this is not a big deal but for a 50 years old and none technical people like my bosses it is…. I added a sender variable:
$your_email ='myemail@gmail.com';// <<=== update to your email address
$sender_email ='myserveremail@mydomain.com';
Then for the mail further down:
$to = $your_email;
$from = $sender_email;
This is because mydomain.com cannot send mail from another domain (in my case, Gmail). But, it can send mail from itself (myserveremail@mydomain.com) to another address (youremail@gmail.com)
Hope this helps

I found a fix (at least on my site)<br
